1.  Describe yourself in no more than three sentences, one if it is possible.
My name is Jeon Adams , christian for over about 14 years, trained librarian at the National Archives and Documentation Services by day and a fashionista by night.
I am a dedicated, passionate, willing learner, who has an eye for details and seek to do my best at anything I put my hands too.

2.  Share with us what your business is about?
My business is an accessory label that seeks to take ordinary materials and create pieces of art. JustJeon specializes in making clutches, necklaces, earrings, rings, doing makeup and have now ventured into interior design.

3.  What is the main factor that got you involved or led you into business/entrepreneurship?
The main factor that got me involved in entrepreneurship is a vision from God

4.  What is your number 1 business principle?
Let creativity shine while inspiring others to think outside the box in what they can do.

5.  How critical is creativity in the running of your business?
Creativity is very critical in the running of my business, it is transpired in the material I use to make my product, what the finished product/service looks like and how I market the business' products and services.

6.  What is the hardest lesson learnt in business so far?
The hardest lesson in business so far is that you have to give a lot into your business.  You put a lot of finances into your business,  for e.g., but more so your time. It can consume your entire life if you let it.

7.   Do you think that your experience is different in any way than a male in the same type of business? Please explain.
I dont think my experience is different from a male in the same type of business. Its about your product and service if you have high quality, good customer service and market your business  then you will be successful .

8.  List three things you just can’t go without?
God, smiling and taking pictures.
Some of Jeon's knuckle ring designs.

9.  Who or What is your greatest motivation?

My greatest motivation is my father he was involved in art, he painted, made sculptures, made anything with his hands and before he passed away two (2) years ago he told me he was impressed with my ability to hustle and make things happen because he never took the opportunity to start his own business.

10.  Is there any advice you would like to share to other young women hoping to start or just starting out in business?
My advice to other women is that if you believe in yourself, what your doing then it takes only the first 1st step and you will be amazed how far you can go but it depends on your vision of where you want to go.

Bonus Question: “What, in your opinion, is the best thing about being female?”
Best thing about being a female is the inner strength that we have to take care of ourselves, family , be best on our jobs and still look great doing it!
